A Brunton pocket transit that can measure Strike and Dip. Brunton engineers have taken the Brunton pocket transit and added special features to make it more efficient in strata measurements. A special needle locking mechanism is also a momentary release/lock for taking strike measurements. The hinge inclinometer with 2 degree increments (with 1 degree readability) allows for measurement of dip. Additional level bubbles along the sides of the Geo Transit help with more precise leveling from the sides or bottom of the compass.
